Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing times may vary during high-volume periods, product launches, or limited edition drops.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

🔥 Limited Edition Drops

FIT HUSTLE® may release products in limited quantities (“drops”). Due to high demand:

  • Processing times may be extended
  • Inventory is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed
  • Orders may be subject to verification or cancellation in cases of suspected fraud or overselling

All limited edition drop timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

📦 Preorders

Certain products may be offered as preorders. If you purchase a preorder item:

  • The estimated shipping timeframe will be stated on the product page
  • Preorder items are shipped once production is completed
  • Orders containing preorder items may be held until all items are ready to ship

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and accept potential delays in fulfillment.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Carriers

We use trusted third-party carriers (such as USPS, UPS, DHL, and others) to deliver your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear.

Delays & Exceptions

FIT HUSTLE® is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Customs processing
  • Weather conditions
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • High demand during product drops
  • Events outside our control

International Shipping

We ship internationally; however:

  • Shipping times may vary depending on destination
  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees
  • FIT HUSTLE® is not responsible for delays due to customs

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that shipping information is accurate.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, FIT HUSTLE® is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos of the damage.
