At FIT HUSTLE®, we stand behind the quality of our products. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may request a return or exchange within 21 days of delivery, provided that all items are:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- With all original tags attached
Digital products and gift cards are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
Right of Withdrawal (European Union & Applicable Regions)
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.
To exercise this right:
- You must notify FIT HUSTLE® within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be returned in original condition
Refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as FIT HUSTLE® is not responsible for lost returns
International Orders
- FIT HUSTLE® does not cover return shipping costs for international orders
- Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable
- Customers are responsible for any return-related customs handling
Exchanges
FIT HUSTLE® may cover standard domestic shipping for replacement items.
International exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Limited Edition Drops (final sale)
- Digital products
- Gift cards
- Hygiene-sensitive items, including:
- Face masks / face coverings
- Balaclavas
- Compression bottoms
- Underwear
- Socks
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will evaluate the issue and, where appropriate:
- Provide a replacement
- Issue a refund
- Offer store credit
Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
- Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for processing
- Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution
